We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges or returns on online AND in-store orders. ALL ONLINE & IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL.
Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.
Damaged Merchandise:
Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please retain all packaging and report the damage to Discount Furniture Connection immediately. We will require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Please reach out to us at 919-304-6177. Please provide your name, address, order number and pictures of the damaged item so that we can promptly address the issue. If we request information, such as pictures, serial numbers, or repair quotes, and do not receive a response from you for 30 consecutive calendar days, it is assumed that you are keeping the order in its current condition and no further remedies will be offered.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
Buyer may not request a refund due to loss or damage to the Goods in transit. Upon the Seller's discretion, a Buyer may submit a claim of damaged products, provided that Seller receives such claim within two (2) days of delivery of the Goods. Any such claims must be accompanied by a delivery receipt, signed by carrier’s agent at time of delivery, photos of the damaged Goods or such claims will be waived.
